About this event

This Eventbrite site is ONLY for 2024 Convention discount package registrations, for which AVCU will invoice offline.

Please review the Attendee & Guest Registration Kit first

Before registering, we urge everyone to visit our Annual Meeting webpage to download the Attendee & Guest Registration Kit containing event descriptions, schedules, the Booking Link to make online reservations in our Equinox Resort room block, and more. This important information will guide you and help you avoid registration errors. Paying special attention to the Registration Kit's Policies & Deadlines section.

If you are submitting a discount package registration for someone other than yourself, you will need to know:

  1. The primary registrant's first and last name, email address, and job title or volunteer position.
  2. Their desired discount package.
  3. If applicable, their guest's first and last name. IMPORTANT: To properly match a primary attendee's discount package registration with their guest's registration, the guest's name MUST be submitted with the primary attendee's registration.

After registering, the submitter will receive an email confirmation from Eventbrite detailing the discount package selected. Please review the confirmation for accuracy and forward the confirmation to the attendee if desired. The registrant does NOT need to bring the confirmation page to the convention.

Overnight accommodations are not included with any convention registration. Information for making room reservations is below.

  • All rooms in AVCU’s discounted block are $229 per day, excluding any required Resort Fee and applicable state and local taxes. The room block expires on Tuesday, April 16. The Equinox Resort requires that each reservation in AVCU’s block be made using the name of the person who will check into the room. Multiple reservations under the same name, or under a company name, will not be accepted.
  • To make a reservation online, use the Booking Link in the Attendee & Guest Registration Kit available from our Annual Meeting webpage linked above.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Any reservation canceled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the first night's room and tax. Rates will not be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation with AVCU’s Group when their reservation is made.

Early bird and standard discount package registrations ...

... bundle convention meals and events together at a significant discount to a la carte pricing. Eventbrite displays all packages as "free" because AVCU directly invoices offline for all discount package registrations.

Early bird registrations will be invoiced shortly after the March 15, 2024 submission deadline. Standard package registrations, which offer lesser discounts, will become available after the early bird submission deadline and will be invoiced after the convention. Please read AVCU's cancellation and change policies for early bird and standard discount package registrations in the Attendee & Guest Registration Kit on our Annual Meeting webpage linked above.
